Our Zhong Shan factory has passed the third authentication of ISO9001:2000 on August 28th 2008.
The New Hudson, Michigan facility has established its quality system to conform to ISO/TS-16949 requirements. Registration and certification are targeted for 2009.
In the meantime, the organization has spent product launch efforts conducting Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP) procedures, to include a Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) to assure the highest quality leather kits in the world.
Going forward, all facilities will continue the path of continuous improvement by implementing Lean Six Sigma quality disciplines to achieve the fastest rate of improvement in customer satisfaction, quality, cost, process velocity, and invested capital.
